Step 1:
Visit Golden Int'l website:
1) Using a mobile phone, or tablet computer access: click on Cell-Phone Web then choose Cell-Phone Free Download then click on Adult Amateur;
2) With a desktop computer, or tablet computer access: click on Free Download, then click on Adult Amateur, choose lesson and participate in free download;
Note: if you use IPAD or IPHONE, you can through the desktop download before then turn on the IPAD or IPHONE;
