Experience life in the China as a GILA, GIFA and GIDA foreign exchange student!
GIDA, GIFA and GILA monitor your program performance and quarterly grades. You are subject to the same academic and social rules as Chinese students in the academy. Teachers and guidance counselors are asked to contact your and host family immediately if problems arise.
To remain in good standing in the program, a student must enroll in an appropriate Hanyu or Chinese literature course and a Chinese Studies course, and maintain or better average in all classes;
